1st May 2013 : London Regional Course is on Saturday May 18th at London Nautical School from 12pm until 4pm. This is a great opportunity for novices and grades to learn from the best instructors we have to offer. Don't miss out! Cost: £10 adults, £5 juniors.
23rd April 2013 : Purple and Blue belt course and Brown and Dan course will take place this Saturday April 27th. Both courses will be at London Nautical School from 11am until 2pm.
14th April 2013 : Nage No Kata (NNK) course is on Sunday April 21st from 12pm-4pm at Queen Mary College for purple belts and above. You will need to bring photo ID in order to enter the building. Cost: £5
